Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age. Stark Mobile Media LLC company employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Multiple Votes per Person
Individuals can vote once per day per contestant. You can select more than one contestant if you wish but voting can be done once per day only.
Prizing
The photograph and statement with the MOST votes by midnight GMT, August 3rd 2013 will be declared the winner. The contestant winner will receive a cheque for $500 US made out to their charity of choice along with a personal cash prize of $250 US.
People who vote online are also entered to win a $200 US loaded credit card and the winner will be chosen randomly.
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content- photographs or written word- will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights
By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.

Contest Rules:
All Airline Tickets must be booked according to the instructions on the Voucher with a minimum of seven (7) days’ advance purchase, and must comply with all terms and conditions (including expiration dates) found on the Voucher. Travel may necessitate connection flights. Airline Ticket booking is subject to availability. No code-share flights or upgrades allowed.
When Company distributes Vouches to individual, the Voucher must be accompanies by the Booking Guidelines as provided by Orbitz. Once Airline Tickets have been issues, they are non-refundable and shall not be re-bartered, sold, endorsed, exchanged transferred or in any other manner modified by Company, the individual to who such Airline Tickets are issued or by anyone on behalf of the individual to who issued.
Once Airline Tickets are issued, itineraries cannot be changed. Individual passengers shall be responsible for all payments of excess baggage charges, upgrades, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of Airline Tickets. Partially or wholly unused Airline Tickets may not be returned and shall be charged against the Barter Account at full value.
