The amount of games that are being released this year does not stop at Q3, and the quality of games that come out in Q4 are some of the best. Resident Evil 6:

The anticipated continuation of the Resident Evil franchise is finally here. This time, the game consists of three story lines with the popular characters Leon Kennedy, Chris Redfield, and Jake Muller, with their respective ally from Resident Evil 5. Once you have completed all the core story lines, the Ada Wong story line will unlock, and you can play her as a character in the game. The amazing game play has not changed since Resident Evil 4, except the instant heal with a push of a button. By adding instant heal in the game play, it will change the survivor horror aspect of the game. The game will be released onto Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network on October 2nd, 2012.


Pokemon White/Black 2:

Pokémon Black/White 2 will be the epic sequel that continues on the story line of Pokémon Black/White that was released in September 2010. The great adventure of Pokémon Black/White 2 is different, like most Pokémon games with a new character. The timeline is perfect with the 1st release, as this installment is placed two years later after Pokémon Black/White. There will be a partial change of region, with a Regional Pokédex with 300 Pokémon. New functions have been added into the game, like World Tournament, PokéStar Studios, Unova Link, and Dream Radar. Pre-order now, the game will be out on October 7th, 2012.


Assassin’s Creed 3 & Liberation:

There are two Assassin Creed games coming out on the exact same day this month. The first one is Assassin Creed Liberation, and the 2nd one is Assassin Creed III. The Liberation installment is only released on the PS Vita system. Assassin Creed III is released on all gaming system, including the new Wii U coming out in November. Both of the games are played in different characters. It will be another exciting adventure for all gamers this October. Assassin Creed Liberation will feature a female character, Aveline de Grandpre. Assassin Creed III will feature Connor Kenway. They both are released on the same day, October 30th, 2012.


Professor Layton- Miracle Mask:

The puzzle guru Professor Layton is back this October with a new game, Professor Layton and The Miracle Mask. This story line takes place after Professor Layton and The Eternal Diva, but a prequel of the first Professor Layton game, The Curious Village. Hershel Layton, the professor, is taken this time into another city to solve the murder mysterym and is given tons of new puzzles to solve. There will be new functions with 3DS, as there will be some 3D functions to enhance the experience within the game. It will be coming out on October 28th, 2012.
