June Jock Dylan Austin doesn’t talk much about himself. The 22-year-old Southern California native would rather let actions speak louder than words. After looking at these photos, we’re not complaining.

“I’m just now adding guys on Facebook,” he says, his voice so quiet I had to ask him to speak up. “I don’t want to become one of those people who has five thousand friends and who doesn’t know who any of them are.”

The part-time fitness instructor isn’t even dating. “I haven’t met anyone who really sparks my interest,” he says, adding, “I’m a picky one, and I don’t want to put myself in a situation where someone would get hurt.” After Austin thought about it for a bit, he added, “I’m waiting for the right one to come along.”

When Austin’s not working out (“I’ve always been naturally fit. It was really easy to get where I am, and I don’t do cardio”), he’s doing pretty normal, guy things. He likes road trips, the beach, movies, and—why doesn’t this surprise me?—theme parks. If that sounds like gay bachelor number one, two, and three, he’d probably be too shy to appear on that show.  After he told me about his next career venture, he asked that I not print it; only because, well, he doesn’t like to talk about himself much.

Modeling, on the other hand, comes easier—once again, not surprised. Austin’s not hell-bent on pursuing it as a career, but says he’ll take the work if it helps expose him more to the fitness world. “I like to show off. I’m Italian; I’m cocky like that. That’s what I fucking live for.”
