First up, Joel Harrison takes you through a powerhouse full body workout in the video below. Here’s the breakdown that is sure to get you hot for Halloween:

Goblet squats


Dumbbell reverse lunges

Dumbbell chest press with leg lowers

Hanging knee raises

3 to 5 sets.  10 to 15 reps each.
