It’s hard to believe it’s spring already, which means summer is just around the corner and it’s time to get your glutes into gear. However, squats are hardly my idea of a happy afternoon. But I’ve got a treat for you! I call this one the Jane Fonda. If you wanna work on your cute butt while a cute guy works you in, then you’re gonna wanna take a page from todays lesson. One of the few positions where you can work on your bottom while bottoming! 😉
Step 1: Bend over a table or bed and support yourself with your elbows. This pencil box will have to do!
Step 2: Have your top stand behind you, enter, and support you by holding your hips.
Step 3: Here’s the tricky part. Lift one leg, and try it at different positions. As you move your leg up and down it will change the angle at which you are being entered and you will be able to work on those buns.
Step 4: Alternate legs and enjoy!
