We’re starting 2014 with an electro house bang, with a podcast from handsome, stylish Viking, the fantastic Fannar.

He’s playing at Songs Of Praise at East Bloc this Saturday:

Our favourite gay London POP party!

London based Icelander Fannar, is the epitomy of London cool. His quirky fashion style is unmistakable, and he’s at the forefront of a ton of awesome projects, from photography – working behind the scenes for London based designers, the ‘princes of perfect prints,’ Basso & Brooke, to being part of the Meat Boys DJ duo, playing for the truly marvellous meat magazine launch party at the RVT, and as part of Nuno Da Cruz’s, ‘Return To Forever.’

He played regularly at the legendary Jolene club in Copenhagen, before hitting the London scene. He’s now DJing across the London club circuit playing house, disco, electro and pop. Well worth breaking your January detox plans for.

Over to the man himself!

Fannar:

“The mix I’ve put together has a lot of energy, a strong beat and some of my favourite vocal segments. It demands that you get on your feet to start dancing, with lots of twists and turns. This is how I like to play – uplifting, dirty, electro and house tunes that will keep you wanting more.”
